This was truly one of, if not THE best place I’ve stayed. The communication from the beginning was very prompt and accommodating, the room felt so comfortable and had everything I needed (including the best at-home coffee machine I’ve had-better than the coffee in the Split cafes XD) and the location is un-beatable. You are steps away from EVERYTHING, including the early morning boat tours. I cannot recommend this place enough!
There was not anything I disliked

The location of our room was perfect, with beautiful views of the Sea. It was right on the promenade with easy access to all the restaurants, shops, and tours. While the lift was broken during our stay, the host arranged to have our luggage carried up 3 flights of stairs. The rooms were nicely appointed with modern features. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great but this came with the issue of noise.
We requested an early check in and were required to pay 40 Euro in cash only which was to be left inside the lockbox. Then we were accused of not leaving the cash. This was later sorted out with management admitting to a mistake.
Be careful of noise. Whilst the apartment is in a great location, the bars and cafe's play loud music at night which could still be heard up where we were on the third floor with all windows closed. I guess that's the price you pay for being close to the main centre so I can't complain too much.
