Gorgeous rustic apartment, well decorated and comfortable. We visited during cold weather the apartment was warm and cosy. Plenty of amenities- toiletries, coffee, sugar, seasoning, shoe polish. Blankets were also provided and the towels were thick and soft. Large bed, hot shower and full equipped kitchen.
Our property didn’t have curtains. During daylight outside looking in was minimal but at night time when lamps were on in the property people could see inside very clearly. There were curtain rails up but no closable curtains. Our friends were provided tea sachets and we sadly didn’t but this is minor. Accessing the property was a little confusing as we couldn’t find the code to enter through the first door.

The location, it's basically in the old town. I loved the size of the room, big bathroom, kitchen, large bed, sofa, table, armchair, 2 tv's.
We knew the check in was at 16:00 but I would leave a note if possible, at least out of high season to have it earlier, at least from 14:00. The link to do the online check-in did not work, either in the booking app or via email, basically the link was not there.
Also, as the temperatures dropped during the night especially in Brașov compared to Bucharest, the heating did not work, I think it is controlled from a central heater to all rooms and it was not set to turn on at least a few times during the day. The water however was perfect. Just the heating did not work. The radiators were hot for only half an hour to an hour but during the evening and throught the night they were cold even if set at the highest temperature from the knobs. I repeat, the hot water was fine, the central heating turned on immediately but I think the radiators are controlled from a general heating unit to all rooms and it was not set to cold temperatures in this summer to autumn transition where temperatures were under 7-8 degrees in Brașov or even less.

Everything, the property was amazing, spacious and extremely clean. Super comfy and close to the city centre. We received support before and throughout the stay. Highly recommended!
We had some issues with the locking system at arrival but we received immediate and great support despite arriving at night (it was more likely an issue on our side and lack of familiarity with these systems).
