We had a wonderful time at Alam Mimpi, we were well taken care of from start to end by the very kind and professional staff. After arriving very late at night, we were welcomed with a hot meal that instantly had us forget about the rather adventurous road trip from the airport (which is just part of the experience). The room was quite spacious and faced the ocean, so we went to sleep with the calming sounds of the waves. We absolutely enjoyed the nutritious breakfast (the fruits!), even as we were naughtily late at times; as well as local snacks and dinner. Also swimming in the pool under the stars! A personal thanks to massage therapist Kade whose work we also warmly recommend.
All in all one of the rare hotels which do not just fulfil their promises but even exceed them.

The staff were delightful, the rooms and grounds immaculate. Location perfect, restaurant food and breakfast delicious. Pool was perfect. Fast WiFi and fridge were great.
Nothing !

Everything!!! We have stayed at Alam Mimpi previously and it is just like coming home. The staff are all amazing- so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The location is spectacular with ocean views right from the bungalow. Everything is clean and well maintained and the gardens are just beautiful. A true hidden treasure.
Nothing- we love it all and hope to come back soon

Location is great, nice garden, that's all
We have booked the Studio with was very far from the picture on the website, very dark and especially close to a farm in the neighborhood who put the music loud by the evening and especially by the morning; we have asked to move to another room and we have been charged 200,000 RP more for a room where they even did not put any bed sheet ! not hygienic at all!!!!
No additional bottle of water for tooth brush and the air conditionné was very poor .
The breakfast was acceptable but i had to ask to twice to get the menu fully filled.
Not worth the money you spend, very expensive for what it is.
On the top of that, we have been asked to pay 3% more as we paid by credit card, really unacceptable as Booking.com page did not mention we would be over charged while paying by credit card.
We are not tourists, we have been living in Bali for several years and then, we highly reommend to select other resorts which are much more worth the money you spend as this resort is not cheap at all compared to the benefits.
