Lovely location, within easy reach of the Centre of the City by tram or Uber. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Netflix was available to entertain us in the evening. Coffee and tea were available. Good shower and bathroom with plenty of hot water. There was a restaurant with good food nearby at a campsite (about 200 -300 metres)
The bare wooden and relatively narrow walkway to the door of the accommodation was very slippery in the rain or when wet and did not have a guard rail on the water side of the walkway. There was a rail along the side of the boat, without which I might have been in the water a couple of times. Wouldn't recommend for the elderly or infirm.

Just look at the pictures- it was like this! Very comfortable large bed. Good kitchen and sitting areas. One of the days the weather was wet cold and windy and we were very happy staying in and watching it!
Bob was very responsive and friendly.
Tram 26 was a short walk away and took us straight into Amsterdam central station within 10minutes.
It was lovely to be in such a quiet secluded spot looking out at the water and still so accessible to things.
It may be worth pointing out that this is a houseboat so there are some stairs to get down to the access which are a little steep if you did have mobility issues
