Great location, easy access, clean and fair price.
This particular room has the bed, settees and kitchen all in the same place so feels a little cramped compared to some of the other rooms at the property.

The location is absolutely perfect. The room was very clean and tidy and warm as well . We had a lovely stay it was very homely and the host was amazing when i had to phone them up. Definitely recommended.
The decor is a bit dated but other than that nothing. I can not find nothing i did not dislike at all.

Clean tidy suited all what was required.
Close to everything in the town centre.
Would book again if needing to stay in Skegness.

The location was good and the rooms and bedding were clean
The light in the small hall as you went in the door didn’t work. We had to wash glasses and mugs before we could use them. The strip lights over the beds went out as soon as someone got in bed and there was an intermittent buzzing from them that was a little worrying. Random small holes in bathroom walls and the toilet roll holder was broken. Double parking in car park meant we were blocked in when we wanted to leave which caused a delay while it was sorted
