Excellent hotel for a stay adjacent to the Plateau. The reception and the restaurant staff speak good English. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a small balcony. The food at the rooftop restaurant was exceptionally good.
The only reason the rating is 9/10 and not 10/10 is because I had to ask the front desk to turn on the water and unlock the safe in my room after check in. The hotel also exchanges Escudos for Euros at the 100 to 1 rate.

I had a very good stay at Cesaria Hotel in Praia. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was smooth during our stay, and overall we were very satisfied with the hotel.
There were two things that could be improved. First, the airport transfer price was different from the price that had been discussed and confirmed by email beforehand. I would recommend confirming the transfer price again before arrival to avoid any misunderstanding.
Also, the refrigerator in the room was very noisy and would be worth replacing or repairing, especially at night.

Location - close to Plato and Sucupira Market to catch the alugues. Staff - customer service is the best I’ve had in Cabo Verde. Room - clean, comfortable and quiet.
WiFi - the worst I’ve had in all of Cabo Verde, the reliability of the WiFi makes it hard to book anything online. Pillows - need new pillows as they are lumpy. Towels - they’re like sand paper. Nevertheless a good hotel to stay in.
