Location, bed and size of room.
Not very appealing minimal spa and gym facilities.

Central location overlooking the market. Room spacious and comfortable. Restaurant at front of the building with good menu choices. Lovely sitting outside watching people enjoying the city. Staff very attentive and efficient.
Shower area below shower head slippery. No mat supplied.

Centrally located. Big market across the street from hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room very spacious. Lots of cupboard space.
Decor a bit old. Room upstairs from us make noise because of tile flooring - when moving a chair or walking.

The location is excellent. The room is spacious with nice furniture.
They put cheap soap in soap dispensers of a high quality looking soap brand. The lobby and the hallways look a bit tired. They diffuse a heavy scent in the small lobby, it feels like they are trying to mask a bad smell or something. It feels more like a 3 star hotel. The walls are thin, you can hear sounds from the neighbours, the plumbing and outside

"The staff was amazingly kind - and they treated our requests with a lot of attention.
My daughter has severe allergies and they took all the precautions for breakfast, so we feel safe!"
