Not the best experience.

1. Location – Excellent location close to everything: museums, the city center, restaurants, shops, and just a 15-minute walk to Malagueta Beach. 2. Internet – Fast and reliable, perfect for remote work and streaming without interruptions. 3. Management – The management company is very responsive and addresses issues quickly. 4. Security Deposit – Refunded very quickly after check-out.

1. Poor Airflow in Bedrooms – Both bedrooms have windows facing an enclosed internal shaft with stale air. When I opened the windows, the smell was extremely unpleasant, so I kept them closed throughout my stay. This meant fresh air only came from the living room, which was not ideal. As a result, we had to use the air conditioning constantly, which unfortunately led to respiratory infections for my family within a couple of days. 2. Inconvenient Layout – The kitchen and dining table are located on opposite sides of the apartment. Carrying food means walking through a long corridor across the entire apartment, which was inconvenient. 3. Old Appliances and Furniture – While some renovation appears to have been done, most home appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, oven) are old or heavily used. The furniture is outdated and worn; the couches were uncomfortable and in poor condition. All should be replaced. 4. Poorly Equipped Kitchen – Only 3 teaspoons, 2 soup plates, and one small casserole (the larger one was too worn to use). The kitchen lacked equipment for comfortable cooking. 5. Not Child-Friendly – Many pieces of furniture and both bathrooms have sharp corners, which made it unsafe for small children. I had to supervise my kids constantly.

In general, we left satisfied with our stay.

Location is amazing, the apartment is very spacious and has two bathrooms which is great. The stuff is really nice.

The mattresses are too soft in the second room and the living room. The apartment would benefit from slight renovation. Also, we were lacking of kitchen facilities like some sponge and dish soap, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets and also detergent.

Lys og ren leilighet, med super beliggenhet. Sengene var veldig komfortable, og det var deilig med to bad.

Det var litt dårlig planløsning, med kjøkken og spiseplass i hver sin ende av leiligheten. Ellers var kjøkkenet dårlig utstyrt, med kun 4 av hvert servise og bestikk.

De ligging!

Er was niks aanwezig qua basisproducten (zoals peper, zout, olie), stoelen versleten met vuile hoes over, idem voor de zetel(s), er hing nig 1 store die je kan oprollen met zo'n koord : koord ontbrak dus store kon niet naar omhoog én er hing bloed aan! Oo de 6de verdieping en géén rookmelders! Leuke flat maar heeft een grondige opknapbeurt nodig! Ook moeilijk beetje warm te krijgen, in de badkamers geen verwarming...voor

Appartement bien placé et proche du centre. L'appartement est spacieux avec une vue dégagée sur la ville. Nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans des lits particulièrement inconfortables (matelas et oreillers très mous). La personne qui devait nous remettre les clés est arrivée avec 30' de retard alors que nous avions prévenu de notre heure d'arrivée dans les temps.
