In the Ghetto…….
Haus ist geräumig und hell. Hochwertige Innenausstattung.
Die vielen Mängel kann man dem Vermieter kaum vorwerfen - die meisten Mängel sind Baumängel oder liegen am unfertigen ungepflegten Resort.
Warnung: Für kleine Kinder ungeeignet. Der Garten grenzt ohne Absperrung direkt ans Hafenbecken. Und Hafenbecken, insbesondere von ehemaligen Marinehäfen, sind tief…..
Mängel des Hauses:
Das WLAN funktioniert nur eingeschränkt und wenn, dann arg langsam. Man teilt es sich wohl per Repeater mit mindestens einem Nachbarhaus. Im ersten Stock funktioniert es fast nie. Das Problem ist dem Vermieter offensichtlich bekannt. In der Infomappe findet sich ein entsprechender Hinweis mit dem Tipp, man möge bei ausgefallenem WLAN in den angebauten Schuppen gehen, den Repeater vom Strom trennen und nach kurzer Wartezeit wieder einschalten. Da kommt Freude auf, wenn man mitten im Film einmal rund ums Haus laufen muss ( womöglich im Dunkeln, in der einen Hand den Schirm, in der anderen die Taschenlampe). Danach funktionierte es aber meist wieder für ein paar Stunden.
Normales TV, abgesehen von ARD und ZDF, geht garnicht. In den Fernsehern stecken dafür zwar CI Module und HD+ Karten, aber das funktioniert nicht. Vielleicht HD+ Abo nicht gezahlt?
Ganz großes Manko:
Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig. Man hört im Schlafzimmer jedes Geräusch aus dem anderen Schlafzimmer - durch zwei geschlossene Türen!
Ist halt ein typisches Ferienhaus in sehr einfacher Leichtbauweise und nicht nach Wohngebäudestandard gebaut. Einem Baufachmann sträuben sich da an allen Ecken die Haare.
Vor dem Haus geht eine Straße vorbei, die anscheinend gerne als Rennstrecke genutzt wird. Um das einzudämmen sind auf der Straße Überfahrschwellen montiert. Eine davon direkt vor dem Haus.
Das animiert immer wieder speziell SUV Fahrer dazu, mit extra hoher Geschwindigkeit darüber zu fahren. Wofür hat man denn das teure SUV…..
Die dadurch ausgelösten Erschütterungen sind im Haus, besonders im ersten Stock, wie Erdbeben. Das ganze Haus vibriert. Morgens lange schlafen ist da nicht möglich - so ab 7:30 kommen die „Brötchenholer“. Einmal hin, einmal zurück. Das ganze mal 15 bis 20 Autos - da ist man wach.
