The view from the balcony was great and the apartment was clean.
Its not clear from the listing that the apartment with the balcony does not have the bathtub and the apartment with the bathtub doesn't have a balcony. The listing gives you the impression that you get both so this should be corrected. We also received long videos on how to drive to the property but didn't receive instructions about the fact that we need to access a narrow passage and staircase behind the house to get to the first floor which was hard to locate in the dark. Additionally we have been told that we will get herbal teas which was not the case. These are all small issues of course and overall we had a great time.

Very clean and comfortable, lots of space. Good parking area (albeit a bit steep road to approach!). Lovely location in Argegno. Also very easy instructions from hostess for check in and out, and a good info sheet inside to help explore Lake Como.
Nothing really. Perhaps include more pillow options?

Stunning location and view. The village is very charming. We had the best time. Kitchen has everything you need. The parking is not for the faint of heart. Dont attempt with a big car or van. We are already thinking of coming back.
Unfortunately there is still a construction in front of the view. But after the 3rd day you don’t notice this anymore. The work didn’t disturb to much as the flat has good insulation. They should be done soon.

Argegno is s great location and base for exploring the Como area .
Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom
Lacking of air conditioning, only blowing fans that doesn’t lower the temperature, only circulating the stagnant air. No mosquito nets on windows.
Parking is challenging for a less confident driver especially if in a larger vehicle.
Parking seems to be promised to all guests but due to no lines marked out occupied by two cars that could be three.
