Tir Na Nog is the perfect combination of retreat and convenience! Located one hour from Chicago O'Hare airport and one hour from downtown Chicago. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and other activities within a short drive, or enjoy the Viking cooktop and stove if you are looking to make a home-cooked meal!

The property was way more than we expected, but we thot there would be bigger lake access. The pool was so large and well kept. Our family if 20, including grands from 9-19, fit really well in the house. The golf was amazing, as was the pickle ball. We all enjoyed our time there. Bert, the caretaker, was very responsive and helpful when we needed him. But was not intrusive at all. So many different spaces inside and out made our family feel together, but not on top of each other. The kitchen is a little small, but fully functional and well stocked. We had a wonderful time at Tir Na Nog and recommend highly!

I've stayed in maybe 50 VRBOs and this is the BEST one I've experienced. House and grounds are immaculate. Lot of TVs, lots of towels, lots of refrigerators, lots of toilet paper! And the golf course (they provide clubs - most holes are way longer than just pitch and putt!) is a wonderful bonus. As a VRBO owner I know it's hard to think of - and stock - everything your guests need. Daphne did!
