Good location just in the old town clean comfortable

The location is great, in the old town. I loved the room, very comfortable and cosy.
The check-in was rather hectic, no one stays at the hotel (there was nobody in the morning as well), and I lost my instructions and had to wait at the entrance. The hotel has clearly seen better times, with its breakfast / bar area, but now it is only rooms maintained by distant anonymous landlords.
