Island Tower is a 26-story building with 62 units (three on each floor) with covered garage parking (clearance 6' 8") and NO oversized vehicles are allowed on property. Island Tower is located 0.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an infinity outdoor pool and an infinity climate-controlled indoor pool. The exercise room offers a dry sauna and workout equipment overlooking the gulf. The property also has a picnic/grill area. Island Tower is a smoke-free facility. 21 year age limit to rent.
STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package", offering one complimentary adult admission per day. Some restrictions apply.
*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. The condo was beautiful and the host was fantastic. I do have to say though, the beds could be more comfortable. They were very uncomfortable causing one person to have significant back pain by the 5th night.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We loved the rentals location, amenities, beach view, and aesthetic appearance however, when walking barefoot on the floors, you see that they are flat out nasty, everywhere. There was also quite a bit of sand caught in the crumb catcher crack in the table, visable. Made the overall experience a little less than when you see that the condo isn't really clean. We have stayed in the Tower before and things were fine but we won't be booking this unit again unfortunately. Overall found the elevators working better and you cannot beat the ocean view. We didn't contact the rental company because once you get all things set, you really just deal with things that aren't emergencies.
