Very convenient, central apartment.

Brilliant central location but still quiet. Only 8 minutes walk from the station. Well equipped , clean and comfortable. Really good communication with the owner and his son. There were a couple of issues during our stay but as soon as we informed them, they were fixed. That’s a big plus !

Could be a bit stuffy if you didn’t open a window.

In the centre of everything

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. There's nothing fancy about the apartment but it had a nice homely, comfortable vibe, like staying with old relatives. Was nice looking out the windows at all the things going on in the busy streets below. Very close to everything, transport, restaurants, supermarkets etc

Very noisy as you would expect in the middle of the old town, but also so early!

Astoundingly good!

centrally located in the Altstadt, a well fitted out kitchenette, very nice shower, the main bedroom and living space I'd happily buy as a studio flat. the double glazing meant that even the early market opening passed me by....should mention just round the corner from the Obstmarkt and a whole variety of cages, bakers and sweet shops. Very secure with no anxiety about leaving passports or cameras in the apartment when we went out. The communication was excellent in German, Italian and English. Luca was on hand if you had any questions, oil vinegar, coffee, sugar etc already there..

that I had to leave and go back to work😭

We loved Bolzano and the location of the studio was fantastic. The host took care to answer questions we had.

Brilliantly located and being able to cook. Also having coffee left for us, olive oil, salt and a few things in the kitchen

Die Lage dieses Appartements ist absolut phantastisch. Eine der schönsten und historisch bedeutendsten Straßen in der Altstadt von Bozen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ziemlich minimalistisch. Es fehlen z.B. Wasserkocher, Schere ...
