We liked the friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of the staff, Necky (spelling?) and Sara. The room was very clean, beds comfortable, and location in San Sebastián was wonderful. The place was secure and smelled really nice.
The room was much smaller than we anticipated... especially the shower and bathroom. We did not expect that. Honestly that is probably on us. We should have been more vigilant when reserving. We were there for two nights and it was doable.

Location great for central San Sebastián. Secure parking was full so couldn’t get in. Parked in street with motorbike. Slightly anxious.
Tiny bathroom. No leg room on toilet.
