Refugio Pullao

Honestly start to finish this is such a special place to stay. The owner had focused on the birds to make the place feel hidden/comfortable for them, so if they are your thing this is the spot. Felipe is an exceptional host, messaged me prior to check in to make sure I knew where to go. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. He sent me a map of things to do etc. Catalina is a amazing chef, I had dinner 2 nights at the hotel. Breakfast is a large amount to fill you and just as delicious. Almost everything is handmade or locally sourced. The room itself is large, very clean, bed is comfortable, and the shower has amazing temp/pressure also towel warmer. The view is everything! You can walk down to the beach to spot birds and walk the sand. I used the hot tub and it was lovely, also had a fire outside on the deck. About 1hr30 from the ferry, 20 min to Castro, close to 2hrs to National Park. Centered in a great spot. Truly a relaxing experience you dont want to miss out, didn't want to leave.

Honestly nothing only suggestions to make it a more luxery feel. I would suggest having someone help from the parking lot with luggage. Maybe upgrade the pillows. Just FYI the road up to the hotel is gravel and steep in some spots.
