The design and different levels with views
It was all good

The room was very clean and well presented. Service was fast, I asked for an ironing board and it came within 5 minutes. We got an upgrade to a room with a balcony which was nice for free.
The service around the restaurant are downstairs and beach club was a bit slow on a few occasions waiting ages for a drink and food. This happened a few times.

The staff, the spa, and the location
It is not super clean, the room was average and not laid out with any thought as the toilet is right next to the bed and the door constantly bangs on the table. The food was ok but nothing special.
