The location is very good. It's only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We didn't have the breakfast so unable to comment on that. The room was exceptionally clean and they provided tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. The staff seem very friendly and helpful.
For me the bed wasn't very comfortable. I was asked on leaving if I had any comments and I mentioned it then. The person I spoke to said they could have provided a topper. If we stayed again I would obviously ask for that.

Well located to the good restaurants in Torquay and some of the pretty regions of red stone architecture

The location was perfect.
Room was small and outdated, next to back door of property. The room smelt of strong spice too.
