Apartment was spacious and clean, instructions for entry were easy to follow, communication was good, it had everything you needed. Location was perfect for Historic Old Town, we loved Bratislava, would highly recommended.
Light sleeper so heard a bit of traffic and noise at night, nothing my ear plugs couldn’t sort out. Apart from that everything was just perfect.

The apartment was lovely and clean. A brilliant location for everything. Breakfast was worth the money. The sofa was a bed settee too. Getting in was easy enough and the staff always on hand to help with any questions. They even let us leave our luggage in their office as we had a late flight home.

Great location. I was able to walk to main areas I wanted to visit, close to train.
Nothing to complain about.

Close to the centre
They said we were going to have a mobile AC and it was not true . There were spots of spilled drinks on the floor. We said it and they never went to clean up. We had to contact them all the timeline. They never called us unless we did.
