Awesome place, meals and private onsen.

Meals were amazing. Private onsen was awesome. Our room was spacious and very clean. Love it. Will stay again.

Breakfast finished too early. My daughter did not have any as she sleeps in. Would have liked a pickup at the train station. This should have been on offer as part of the booking. Show as great, but it would be better if the routine varied daily. We we there for 3 nights, but the same performance each day.

This is a wonderful place to experience a traditional onsen hotel. Recommend including breakfast and dinner!

This was an exceptional stay! A bit of an older building, but that gives it character and maintains the traditional nature of an onsen hotel. The service was perfect, the rooms incredibly spacious and the food delicious. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect.

It was a different experience

I loved the onsen area. Very nice and beautiful atmosphere. I loved the breakfast and dinner they offered. The staff was very friendly.

The room was very dusty. It felt like the room had dust particles floating everywhere. There was dust on the tea cup set and the smell of older wood. We wanted to experience a different style room so we didnt know what to expect.

Worth a return visit!

We liked everything! The short walk from the station, the warm welcoming staff, the ambiance of the facility, the ample and delightful dinner, the wide variety of breakfast foods, the Taiko drumming performance, the large onsen ( hot spring bath ), and lastly the fabulous private onsen in our spacious room with a view. A special shout out to Ms. Fukumi who acted as our private caretaker. She found larger size slippers and a bigger yukata for me, she catered to our every whim and she took fantastic care of us at our anniversary dinner which included a special cake that she surprised us with. Highly recommended!

There is nothing to complain about. It was a true pleasure staying there.
