We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very clean, with large windows offering beautiful views of the river and the Lisbon skyline. Located on the 9th floor in the newer part of Lisbon, it is just a short 3-minute walk from the shopping centre. The apartment is well-equipped with modern furniture and appliances and has three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, making it perfect for families or groups. Wonderful host with excellent communication and a smooth check-in process. Highly recommended!

Location was prefect. Very nice view. Very close to shops and restaurants.
The window shade in the bedroom is off track and damaged. Couple of minor notes: Would be nice if there were oven mitts to handle hot pans. A roll of paper towels would be good as well.

Very nice apartment. Spacious and nicely decorated with everything you need, quiet at night. Good bedding. Location is good - a 15-minute uber ride to the old town.
The biggest issue was the AC, which was almost non-existent. The temperature outside was in the 80s during the day and 70s at night. It was so hot inside we ended up opening all the windows and sleeping without covers. Not ideal or comfortable for the price. The apartment had a strange mildew smell. Access to parking was somewhat complicated. The building has multiple parking garage entrances and the communication we received did not specify which one we should go to. Took us 45 minutes of parking in the wrong garage, paying for it and driving around to find the right entrance with the gate.

The location close to the train/bus station. Place was clean and really nice. The bathrooms were plentiful and the layout was nice. Beds were very very comfortable
The air conditioning didn’t work well and the place was really warm and uncomfortable. Each of the 4 units blew out like warm air. Messaged but no helpful response. For the amount of money for the unit it would be expected the air work.
