The property was maintained beautifully. The buffet was great with a nice variety and the room was very nice and the staff was very attentive. They staff played water volleyball and bingo
I didn’t like the timeshare pitch. We were pitched a $80,000 timeshare and then a last ditch effort at checkout to purchase another package. It’s 2026, folks know how to find a timeshare company if they need one, let’s stop the pressure while folks are on vacation.

The property was close to the airport. It was clean and the proximity to the beach was good. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the poolside staff.
The food was not as good we had hoped. There very limited seafood options. Some of the restaurants were better than others. After the bars closed beer was the only alcoholic beverage available. It also had to be ordered before closing time. A bottle of Vodka could be purchased for room service at $150 usd.

I like the waiters POLO and Miguel. I loved how we were treated after spending 300 to 400 a day at the pool. Wish it continued other places
What I didn’t like was the food .. also didn’t like once we were checked out we didn’t matter. I think all customers should be treated the same from day one till they reach home. That’s what makes a customer come back. The beach was awful looking.
