Localization
Why is the kitchen closed between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.? Does everyone have to eat at the same time? I mean, does everyone have the same routine? This is ridiculous!

It was nice and comfy, and it felt quite safe even though it’s downtown. And also, because it was downtown, it was very close to everything. Great location! The facility was nice, clean and quiet. Well organized too.
It would have been nice to have a communal microwave/kettle to make hot water.

Good location, good layout, friendly staff.
Having the long term tenants in the same room as short stayers....
