Just enough.

I like the location since it's accessible to establishments.

Some amenities is not much of useful. Door is quite hard to open. TV remote is not properly working. WiFi needs to be requested and it was mentioned that it has Netflix but it doesn't have.

Feedback

The place is accessible to some establishments I needed.

I was under the impression that the accommodation was good for 10 people, as I was planning to bring my family, and it was advertised this way by the host. The host and his staff were unresponsive. The staff who was supposed to pick us from the lobby did not provide any specific instruction which tower we needed to get into. They did not take any initiative to assist us and even blame us for not getting into the right tower on time instead of apologizing. Our checked in time is 3 pm. I was very tired since I took a very long flight from Poland. We are already past the check-in time and was expecting we can get in without any issues. But here's the interesting part that happened: the condominium staff informed us that their policy is to accommodate 6 people per 1 unit. They told us that the owner should've known it better given that they have been residing to the condo for a long time. The hosts staff is clueless and only advised for us to contact the host directly. The hosts kept on disconnecting the call, and it was intentional given that we have been trying to contact them multiple times. The hosts staff said she would go directly to the hosts unit to check. After a while, she came back and informed the condominium staff that the host would let us use the other unit they had just to accommodate all of us. When we got there, only one unit was provided, and the staff did not even provide any instruction. We even tried to look for the main switch because they were not responding again. We were able to check in around 4:38 pm. No proper apology from the hosts and the staff or anything. Very horrible experience I had. Not recommended at all.
