The food for breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room had a nice view over the sea towards The Black Isle.
Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell in the room and bathroom which we reported. One of the young ladies came immediately with cleaning utensils. She explained that they were aware of the problem which was a blocked drain and they were awaiting repairs. Unfortunately she couldn't offer us another room as they were fully booked. So we had to keep the windows open throughout our stay. From the wear and tear of the furniture and fittings it had obviously had a lot of use.
