The bedroom was on the small side though the essentials were present. Although the property is next to the main road, internal shutters kept extraneous noise and light to a minimum. Breakfast was good.
When your bedroom is above a bar, some noise late at night is to be expected (though I was so tired after a long day travelling that I slept well).

Very friendly welcome and good size room - kind staff
Compared to other bnb and hotels the price was high for the location (along a road and parking) - shower needed a bit of care and breakfast was ok

The room.was comfortable
Hot water was a little late coming on for an early.start. 10.minutes earlier would be nice.

Convenient location outside Sligo with welcoming bar, staff and locals with a nifty takeaway tucked, in the back of the property which was ideal for us. Good variety of inexpensive food.
Rooms immaculately clean and comfortable with great en-suite shower and a showstopping cooked breakfast, in the morning. Staff could not have been more helpful.
Great view of Ben Bulben from rear of property where we were located.
Excellent all round!!!
