Absolutely stunning huge bedroom and bathroom with every amenity. House was beautiful. Short walk into Deal. We never had the breakfast as had to leave early but we were made welcome 🤗

The whole house was nice, warm and cozy on chilly nights.
The house was very conveniently located for us to get to family properties two streets away. That was why it was chosen for us.
Twin beds were comfortable.
Lovely pretty wallpaper everywhere. Decor seemed fresh.
Free parking.
Tea coffee kettle etc in the room.
Shower over bath was very good (not a small cubicle)
A nice big impressive modern neutral, clean bathroom, no unnecessary clutter.
We wish the bedroom had been modern, neutral with no clutter too.
The property did meet our needs but......
The bedroom felt overly full of dated & very big dark furniture. Too many lamps. Not enough plug holes.
The inside of the large dark wardrobe has a very strong unpleasant smell. No room to open the wardrobe doors as the trouser press was in the way!! We didn't use the wardrobe.. We had to leave our clothes in the suitcases.for our whole stay..
We suggest a simple, open modern hanging clothes rail with white shelving built into the alcove would be brilliant with no doors.
We would have liked the option to create the twin beds into a superking that zip together. Or, push the twin beds together.
We prefer minimalist clean modern rooms. The bathroom was brilliantly modern in contrast to the bedroom.
We all had to walk over the wet lawn to get to the front door from the side car park. Rainy days and the gutters were leaking and dripping over us on the way round to the front. A decent path under the front window would be a huge improvement for guests.
Constructive criticism. We would stay here again.

We where very pleased with the Accommodation, & the breakfast was very good. The hosts where very friendly & I would recommend to anyone going to Deal for the weekend
