Lots of lovely swimming pools to choose from, a short walk from the beach, great customer service, a good breakfast buffet, friendly kids club and overall good value for money
The rooms are a little dated. Our first room had way too much traffic noise due to poor/non-existent sound proofing (though staff were very good in changing room when we asked).

My experience was wonderful from the very beginning. All my questions were answered immediately when I emailed before my stay. Any problems encountered during my stay were addressed immediately as well.
There were some problems with the room (front door stuck, body wash in shower empty, bath stopper missing) but as I said all were addressed right away. It’s a big place and many maintenance and housekeeping staff, but inevitably a lot to stay on top of!

Wo soll man da anfangen.
