Comfortable enough but had to have windows closed at night to keep flying bugs out.
One of our group found bed too hard and their room noisy as was next to the office and somebody seemed to be talking on phone a lot through the night.

Not sure if the round lounge chair was in every room but it is super comfortable - slept curled up in that one night.
Nothing really - had all the services you require. Carpark spaces were a bit hard to get in and out of on one side of the carpark.

Staff were great and even lent us some scissors to use.
The smoke alarms kept going off in the morning.

The family room was spacious. The hotel was central to where we wanted to be. The staff were easy to find and talk to.
The coffee cups were all dirty (every one). The cups had been just turned upside down and put back on the shelf.
