during breakfast buffet, receptionist is accommodating, with good attitude and good customer service
For an executive room, I did not like the smell of the cigarette of the room specially i have a kid and a pregnant wife with me. They accommodate us as well to check in at 3pm but when I signed the disclosure the check in is 1400H.

Very few Western guests in the hotel. The place focus on Arabic visitors - bars, nightclub, music and entertainment. If Western - best to avoid!
