Okay

The location, close to everything (but like almost everything in the island) and the quietness. I really slept well.

Well, unfortunately I found too late that the property does not fit at all to the pictures and to the price level. We travelled as a group of friends and so we were more relaxed and flexible but if I would have travelled with my child I would have not stayed there. Several damaged (and dangerous) details on the house and specially on the outside. Garbage spread on the garden, outside and even on some corners inside what were the remains of damaged steps. I travel all over the world privately and for work and am used to all sorts of conditions but my main complaint here is the mismatch of cost and what we find. It’s really not to hard to bring it to a better level, just need to care. The cherry on top of the cake was the constant insisting on asking for us to give them a 10 rating as there were some “French” which really messed up with the level. We were 3 (one friend appeared as a surprise) and she told us we would need to pay more but if we would give the 10 we would not need to pay. We insisted to pay anyhow but she refused always insisting we should compensate with the rating. Very intruding and I really wish this house and owners all the best and hope they reflect on this feedback (which I confess didn’t had the courage to give in person as she was really intimidating) but I have the obligation to document what was our experience. All in all is a big apartment but the cost is too high.

Casa típica com móveis antigos num lugar tranquilo , mas a precisar de reforma e de desinfestação.

Gostámos muito do facto de ser uma casa antiga, típica da ilha. Também gostámos muito da localização e da tranquilidade do lugar.

A casa precisa de uma reforma para proporcionar uma experiência mais cómoda e confortável. Não ficámos nada satisfeitos com a limpeza. A presença de formigas é aceitável, mas a de baratas não.
