The property is located at roughly 20 minutes walking distance from Republic Square (town center). There is a 24/7 supermarket at one minute away and it is wasily commutable by taxi!
Entrance is not exactly suitable for tall people. No sunlight comes through as the room window is small.

It was near to all major locations and amenities.
It was Affordable.
The view from the window.
No cleaning staff to clean the room or bathroom.
Lots of Noise made by other guests playing music, dancing & loud talking around 2 am which disturbed our sleep.
