The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable with good facilities
The duvet was very heavy and hot. The bed was exceptionally high. There was no communal arear to sit in.

A very comfortable and freshly decorated room and self check in all worked smoothly. A good location close to all the main sights and we were able to get free parking opposite.
We were disappointed not to have any view, given it sells itself as a riverside location. Breakfast was good but again the breakfast rooms don’t overlook the riverside either.
The photo of the building makes it look like it fronts the riverside and has seating outside but the seating outside is a separate restaurant.

Lovely room and bathroom. Nice breakfast and lovely staff at the breakfast room
All automated, no parking space and an unfriendly voice on the phone when I needed help
