The place is very clean and spacious. We actually only booked a double-bed room but were given an apartment which is very large in size and provides everything one could wish for. The owner is very generous and welcoming. We were offered tea and bread with beans when we arrived.
The location is not very central and finding a nice place for a dinner is a bit of a hassle because you have to rely on driving your own car somewhere or taking a taxi.

We were upgraded to the apartment on the top floor (see main pic) because we had booked two nights. This was the jackpot! No better experience possible. The owner was very helpful and provided us with fresh fruit. Shoti, small shops and bus station in walking distance. Place would be great for kids, too!
Well equipped kitchen with fridge and extra freezer. Street parking easy. Quiet surroundings.
It would be nice to pay by card, especially when staying several days.
Light bulb near bed didnt work. Easy to fix though. We were too happy to complain...

Very friendly, kind and helpful owners! Modern facilities and the room was clean. Really good breakfast too. Overall excellent stay and highly recommend! Would visit again. Very sweet dog on property as well.
Only small downside was no elevator.

It was by far the cleanest and most modern room that we found in Georgia. Beka, Ilona and Elene are very kind and welcoming. We had a great time there and we will definitely go back!
