Nessuna faccina felice, sfrutto questa parte per scrivere cosa non mi è piaciuto. Durante il tragitto in auto chiediamo la posizione di un parcheggio gratuito alla proprietaria e ci viene mandata sempre la posizione dell'appartamento. L'appartamento è su strada pedonale e quindi parcheggiamo in una via vicina. Chiediamo se andasse bene con la proprietaria che ci avvisa solamente di fare attenzione alle multe e per evitarle di parcheggiare in un parcheggio coperto molto lontano servito con navetta; ma noi eravamo tranquilli di aver parcheggiato secondo le regole della segnaletica stradale e quindi siamo rimasti sul parcheggio iniziale. L'impatto iniziale con appartamento non è stato ottimale, rispetto alle foto mancavano dei mobili, la cappa era finta e il letto era in un punto dove l'altezza era di circa 175cm, quindi sturlate ogni mattina. Ma mi adatto per godermi comunque la vacanza. Alla sera insonorizzazione pessima, con bambino appartamento sopra che ha pensato bene di correte tutta la notte, voci continue sulla strada e mancanza di tende che non consentono un buio totale. Inoltre telefono e wifi prendono solo in un angolo dell'appartamento, molto comodo per fare chiamate a polizia con la linea che va via ogni 3 per 2. Purtroppo la mattina seguente ci svegliamo ed arrivati al parcheggio la macchina non c'era più, vi erano solo dei vetri a terra per tutta la via, ci avevano rubato l'automatobile dopo nemmeno 16 ore di vacanza. Evito di citare tutto il trambusto e le trafile che può passare una persona a 700km da casa senza auto in quella situazione, posso solo dire che i carabinieri ci hanno detto che tutti in città sono a conoscenza del fatto che vengano rubane le auto e che ne erano state rubate in quelle 24 ore altre 10 oltre la nostra. ---->

Scrivo alla proprietaria citando l'accaduto e chiedendo di poter pagare i soli giorni usufruti visto che anche lei non era stata molto trasparente e visto che ormai ci eravamo accorti di essere pedinati e non stavamo assolutamente bene in quel posto. Lei ci dice che non c'è molto margine di manovra e potrebbe dare qualcosina le risponde di procedere con quanto ritiene opportuno. Da quel messaggio silenzio radio. Auto intanto ritrovata completamente cannibalizzata quindi oltre il danno, la beffa di sborsare quasi 1000 euro di spese del deposito. Nel frattempo il giorno dopo, riusciamo a noleggiare un mezzo per andarcene e quindi chiamo la proprietaria al cellulare per consegnare chiavi e capire il rimborso. Risponde il marito e mi presento chiedendo di parlare con proprietaria, sento la voce sottofondo della proprietaria dire: "Digli che non ci sono" e la telefonata termina qui. Chiamo booking per aprire contestazione ed anche loro provano a chiamare ma proprietari non rispondono. Ad un certo punto mi chiama marito che mi dice che moglie non sta bene e passa lui. Il marito si scusa per il disagio e ci offre la possibilità di tornare a fare vacanze li con un parcheggio loro coperto (perché non offrirlo subito anche a pagamento ???), io gli faccio capire che non ci sentiamo bene li, e nessun rimborso viene offerto. Lui ci dice che siamo stati fortunati, perché altri, oltre aver perso macchina, erano stati pure picchiati. E che si sa che qui rubano le macchine, io spiego che la moglie non aveva voluto dare questa informazione e la conversazione termina qua dopo aver consegnato chiavi. Purtroppo neanche booking può aiutare in queste situazioni quindi questa vacanza è stata super costosa, non ci ha fatto riposare ed anzi.
