The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the Sagrada Familia and many restaurants to choose from.

It was very close to the Familia Sagrada which was why I chose this location. But after a few days I realized that is was not ideal for our first trip to Barcelona. Staff was helpful and nice.
Our room was right next to the reception area. Although it said the walls were sound proof it was not. We not only could hear outside noises (expected on the ground floor) but we could hear our neighbor flushing the toilet and other guests making their espresso coffees in the reception area. The room we were in also had a step up from the entrance to where the bed was located which was not the real problem but if you like a dark room to try to sleep this was not the room. Because of the "step up" or "down" (if going to the bathroom at night) there is a permanent (bright) light for the step. Also you must use the address to GPS their location otherwise you will be taken to the wrong place.

Great location and staff members were very nice. Appreciated the water dispenser in the lobby
The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was run down. There were water stains on the shower floor and the toilet scrubber was in the bathroom in the corner. Also I found it odd that the body wash dispenser was positioned on the wall next to the sink I guess to be used as hand soap but if you wanted to use it in the shower as actual body wash you had to get out of the shower to get it, hold it in your hand, and then walk back into the shower. Just weirdly inconvenient.
