Loved that the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our mattress wasn’t comfortable, so they replaced it with a brand new mattress. This sort of service is exceptional.
Nothing, the amenities were amazing, clean and looking brand new.

We’ve stayed here before - last year at an ensuite site. This time we booked a cabin due to short period. Park is very clean, centrally located and reasonably quiet.
A lot of construction going on in the park this time. The cabin was gorgeous and modern but you could smell the pain or glue from the recent renovation.
The $100 bond refunded is extremely delayed. Should be returned within 24 hrs of departure not held for days. We checked out on Wednesday 19th and today is Sunday 23rd and don’t believe it’s been released yet.

Water park, jumping pillow, playground, games room - wonderful for kids
The accommodation was unclean.
Floors were filthy - grandson had black feet within 10 minutes of being inside.
Lounge suite - covered in black marks and stains.
Kitchen - food scraps on cupboards, glass table food scraps and hand prints.
Dishwasher - unwashed dishes still in it.
Toilet - unhygienic, unclean
Bathroom - hairs in the sink and toothpaste around the tap.
Emailed park with concerns and attached photos. Floors vacuumed and washed the following day.
On leaving the park I went to speak to the receptionist at the front office. Disrespectful, deeming and stating “yes i just read your emails, I don’t know anything about it, i haven’t seen the photos”. I pointed out that she had just said she had read the emails with photo’s. This was met with disrespectful attitude and she acted like she couldn’t be bothered. Very unhappy customer.
