Great

The apartment is very clean and full furnished and has a good position for walking around the city. Bed is extremely comfortable. Owners are friendly and give all support and information that you need...and a very nice breakfast (even if It is not owner duty, he brought coffee, tea and croissant after our request..extremely nice✌🤗😊). Good parking in front of the apartment. Great person and great structure.

Everything was good.

Amazing appartment in Opatija

Very nice and big appartment to stay in Opatija. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and have a terrasse. The place was very clean, Not far from the beach (5min by walk) and city center (with restaurants, shop...). Plus, the host was very helpfull, always available. It was a pleasure to stay there and we recommand this place at 100%.

Nothing. :)

Superb

We enjoyed our stay in Gala apartment for 9 days and felt as if at home all the time! I think it is because the apartment is very pleasant and cosy, in a quite area, with excellent interior design (lovely decoration in everything - starting with furniture and ending with tea cups) and real flower beauty outside! Traditional lavender colours everywhere in interior made me especially happy! We rented the upper apartment with a separate entrance and a balcony, we had a big living room with 2 sofas and kitchen zone fully equipped (even with coffee machine + air conditioner) and a comfortable bedroom with a wide bed. Very clean bathroom as well as the whole apartment. The balcony is equipped with sunbed, sofa, chairs and table and has a sun light roof. Parking in front of the apartment. The beach is 5 minutes walk down the stairs - next to Ambassador Hotel. Small stones are at the entrance into the sea, but it is quite comfortable and the bottom becomes sandy after a while. The sea is clean, warm and transparent as everywhere in Croatia! The beach zone is not large, but you could always find the place (we rented umbrellas and 2/3 sundecks for 15/20 euros). There is a bar with fish or meat snacks and sandy zone and playing ground for the little ones. The center of Opatija is 10 minutes walk from the apartment down the street. Spar is 5 minutes walk up the street and Korzum Supermarket is also 5-7 minutes walk. Very nice owners who were very gentle to help us to find the address (we have lost a little bit on our way) and were also very kind to come for an early check out (thank you!!!!!).

I wouldn’t say anything was wrong as we really liked this place and even miss it now, but as a kind of recommendation: 1. washing maching would have made our stay even more comfortable! But I knew it is missing when I booked it. 2. Mosquito nets on the windows would make it perfect, as there are ants on the upper part of the house which troubled me if we left the windows open (especially in the bathroom). 3. An iron would also come in handy!
