The Lodge surrounds are nice and it is close to the entrance of the national park. The staff were helpful in upgrading our accomodation when we were unhappy with the room we had booked. Also the staff gave good advice regarding the Park and getting access in and out of the area.
The basic breakfast was extremely basic. Could be better. The other meals were OK, not the gourmet offerings shown on their website but eatable. There are no other options other than bringing all your own food and camping.

The location is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Considering the remote location the hospitality service is very good.
We were staying in the bunkhouse and the attached kitchen and facilities were all very clean but needed fly screens so windows could be opened as they got very hot by the evening. However the air conditioner in the bunkhouse was very quiet and efficient.

The location near Lake Mungo national park is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabins are large, clean and comfortable.
The meals we had at the onsite tavern nice.
