Great location, a 10 minute walk to Bakewell , and lots of great walks nearby. Gardeners cottage was very pretty, clean and comfortable, lovely and warm, had everything we needed . Breakfast was delicious, poached eggs cooked to perfection, and plenty of it.

Time slot for breakfast at 9a.m was a bit late for us, we like to eat around 8 so we can be out by 9.

Spacious bedroom and bathroom with a good shower. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast and convenient walking distance to town centre.

Unfortunately the very soft mattress in room 2 did not suit us.
