The kitchen is well-equipped. Korenica is a very quiet town. To get to Plitvice National Park, the hostel offers you one way (3.5 euros) or return (7 euros) shuttle. Departure shuttle 8:00AM, 4PM pickup at entrance 2. The almost 8 hours are enough to do the K or the H trail. I did the K trail (18km) and 6 hours are enough to do it, even with Lunch break (in my case, I brought the food; if you need to buy food there are small restaurants close to 2 ports, and both entrances).

This was a fabulous hostel- super clean and modern with great facilities. Sad I didn’t have longer. It was an easy place to get to the park from.
All was good - though I opened my window as it was warm at night and I then had mosquitoes all night.
