Great location! Its my 3rd stay here and have always found everyone to be so welcoming and helpful. Lovely comfy bed.

Stayed a few times. This time in a bigger Double Room. Clean and comfy. No noise as well apart from a constant dripping Toilet Bowl. Overall good. Bit overpriced for that area of London for one night as it doesn't include Breakfast. Great location for both Shepherds Bush Empire and Bush Hall, which is probably why its a bit more expensive than some of the bigger chain hotels also in the area like The IBIs and Prem Inns....
Constant dripping water in the Toilet Bowl. Reception on the TV very poor.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The location was close to where we wanted to go and just in front of Shepherd's Bush Market, if that's your kind of thing.
The noise isolation leaves much to be desired. We could hear the guests from the room next to ours talking on the other side of the wall, and all the noises from the corridor came clear through the door. The shower temperature seemed to be always the same even if you tried to change it, and the water did not have much pressure. The matresses were too soft (but better that than too hard).
