We liked that this was a peaceful location on a pretty bay. Our seaview apartment had tons of space, and the beds were very comfortable. It was also quite nice that I could get a flat white in the cafe in the morning since there was no other nearby place to get a good coffee. We went just as the owners were re-opening for the season and so it was quiet and felt like we had the entire property to ourselves.
It was too remote, a long drive on a curvy road, and we had to carry our own food.

Friendly staff, but the room, while adequate and spacious, was not at all luxurious.Eg. No heater in the bathroom, minimal tea and coffee offerings. It just felt a bit dated and ordinary despite the advertised hype. I guess they market it on location, location, location. It is a beaufiful location, but the road in was a logistical nightmare due to road works and ongoing road closures and delays to work around.
