The staff were excellent - in particular Aimad who went out of his way a number of times to help us, meeting us to bring us to the Riad, taking us to a great restaurant, and organising a taxi for us when leaving. He didn't stop smiling and was warm and welcoming.
The room was beautifully decorated, very well appointed with lots of thoughtful extras. The Riad itself was quiet and tranquil. The roof terrace a lovely feature, and the breakfasts were huge and tasty.

Riad Kaya was beautiful, cozy and clean, and Abdel’s warm hospitality made my stay especially welcoming. Originally from the Atlas region, he shared fascinating insights into Amazigh history, traditions and language, which added so much to my experience of Morocco. I really appreciated his kindness ,the time he took to explain his culture and the way he went out of his way to assist .The breakfast was lovely, and they thoughtfully packed it for me when I was leaving for a tour. I would happily recommend this lovely riad.

The first room was acceptable and reasonably priced
We asked to extend our stay for an additional night as we liked our room but we were told that we would have to move to a different room and for the same price. We accepted because we did not want to carry our things to a different location and we were expecting the same standard of room for the same price. we left our bags with the hotel and came back in the afternoon to our new Disappointing room! very little privacy and the shower and faucet did not work properly. We left that place feeling like we were conned. I would never stay here again!
