Great location! Just a 5-minute walk to St. John’s Basilica, the museum, restaurants and cafés, with a supermarket right around the corner.
The apartment and property were clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine, drying rack, filtered water, and all the crockery and utensils needed to prepare simple meals.
What truly stood out was our host, Ali. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, sharing excellent food recommendations and tips on exploring the nearby sights. We also loved visiting his shop and learning about the craftsmanship behind traditional handmade shoes.
My wife and I have been travelling for two years and have stayed in over 70 hotels and Airbnbs. This is definitely one of our most memorable stays, not just because of the accommodation, but because of Ali’s genuine hospitality.
When I return to Selçuk, I know exactly where I’ll be staying. I wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

Ali, the host, and his family were absolutely lovely! Very welcoming and gave us the best recommendations for the area and our travels beyond Selcuk. Even left us some grapes at our door from the market on Saturday which was very sweet. I wish we'd stayed longer. Selcuk is such a quaint and pleasant town and very accessible to nearby attractions and activities but it's also good for day tours further away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the balcony overlooking the old aqueduct and basilica is just a dream.
They ended up putting us in the two bed apartment instead of the one bedroom and the only point of feedback is only one of the showers worked as the shower head needed replacing in the other bathroom. Not much of a bother for us fortunately as there was only the two of us.

Enjoyed everything about this apartment. The owner is extremely friendly, responsive, and kind. He helped with every aspect of the journey. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It is nice to have the extra room too stretch out. Very comfortable. It is well located near the cities, small and compact downtown area with lots of restaurants and other stores less than a block away. It is also well located near some of the other historical sites. I would happily stay here again.

The location and the staff were great. Host helped us with our arrival and our luggage. They were very helpful with recommendations. The balcony was our favorite part. Shower was spacious.
The kitchen lacked many things like pans (only pots), there were only three forks, knives, spoons. The bathroom needs a good deep clean. Wifi was very poor and the television did not work. Could benefit from updating pillows and towels.
