I stayed here on a business trip to Baku and really enjoyed the hotel. It’s not right in the city centre, but the many positives more than make up for the slightly less convenient location. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were professional, room service was available 24 hours a day, and the breakfasts were excellent. The premium mattresses were a particular highlight for me.
I’d recommend choosing a room with a sea and city view. The view from my colleagues’ balcony over Baku and the bay was fantastic. The hotel is located at one end of the bay, near the giant Azerbaijani flag, and the balcony view is truly spectacular.
I’d give it 10/10.
My room was on the first floor and looked out onto a wall. I chose it because the price mattered more to me, so I can’t really complain—but do bear this in mind when booking. If the view is important to you, I’d recommend asking for a room on a higher floor.

Everything about it proved it to be a five star, I was initially confused between courtyard by marriot and Sheraton intourist but I chose this instead and we were given utmost support and help, my initial room had a tv issue and wasn’t working so they sent some goodies as an apology and we loved the gesture!! Special special thanks to Elmira, Abbas, Musa and Muslim for the care and hospitality
