La experiencia muy decepcionante.

Que está en Cullera.

Experiencia muy decepcionante. El alojamiento se anuncia con Wi-Fi y no es así. Se nos indicó que el Internet era “nómada”, por lo que tienes que depender de tus datos móviles, el problema es que en el apartamento apenas hay cobertura. Tampoco dispone de aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. La explicación que se da es que, por su ubicación y por disponer de terraza, “corre brisa”. Durante nuestra estancia esto no fue así. Estamos hablando de Cullera en pleno verano, con temperaturas altas y mucha humedad, y estar en el apartamento durante determinadas horas del día resultaba insoportable por el calor. A todo esto se suma la enorme cantidad de instrucciones y exigencias que te da para cuestiones básicas del funcionamiento del apartamento. Por ejemplo, la nevera se encuentra apagada a la llegada y hay que conectarla, se exige dejarla al mínimo y volver a desconectarla al finalizar la estancia. Lo mismo ocurre con el calentador. Tienes que tener mucho cuidado con esto porque te penaliza si no. Incluso la puerta del baño está deteriorada y se abre continuamente. Pero sin duda, lo peor de nuestra experiencia ha sido la gestión de la fianza. En nuestro caso se nos exigieron nada menos que 600 € de fianza, una cantidad completamente desproporcionada e incluso parecido al importe del propio alojamiento. Nunca nos habían solicitado una cantidad semejante en un alquiler vacacional pero aún así no dijimos nada. Dejando esa cantidad increíble de dinero de fianza decidimos tomar fotos de absolutamente todo antes de marcharnos para poder acreditar exactamente en qué estado dejábamos el apartamento. Y menos mal que lo hicimos. El piso se dejó recogido, ordenado y barrido. Durante toda nuestra estancia ni siquiera cocinamos, retiramos toda nuestra basura y dejamos el apartamento prácticamente tal y como lo encontramos. Un compañero barrió el piso y posteriormente otras dos personas volvieron a repasarlo para asegurarnos de que quedaba perfectamente limpio.

No volveremos nunca a ese apartamento

Que está enfrente del Tofol y la caleta

Apartamento pequeño,la limpieza pésima,los vasos y cubiertos estaban pegajosos,la cortina del baño con moho,el baño pequeño caluroso e incómodo,la terraza por la noche se puede usar por el día inviable da el sol de lleno y no tiene ni toldo ni nada,lo que es comprensible porque el techo de la terraza se está cayendo y está todo con una red negra, ni un simple ventilador tiene el apartamento,éramos dos y había una toalla mediana y una pequeña cada una de su madre y de su padre, subimos la cortina del comedor o comedorcito por lo pequeño que era y se quedó arriba de lo mal cuidado que está y no hubo forma de bajarla después nos dijo la encargada que la habíamos roto nosotros, nos pidieron 200€ de fianza por dos noches que íbamos a estar,nos dieron un montón de normas las cual cumplimos con creces nos dejamos la bolsa de basura eso si porque no ponía que no se podía dejar y la encargada que es una déspota nos llamó sin dejar casi hablar a mi marido y empezó a decir que si habíamos movido el sofá,sofá? Ja algo parecido a un sofá que de hecho ni lo tocamos por incomodo y porque a ver quién era el guapo que se quedaba dentro con el calor que hacía y sin ventilador ni siquiera. En resumen la intención de ellos es pedir los 200€ de fianza lo cual es legal y buscar la forma de no devolvértelo íntegro a nosotros nos devolvieron 160€ porqué?valla usted a saber. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto,Booking.com tiene un montón de apartamentos maravillosos y estupendos en cullera . Sin lugar a dudas es el peor apartamento que nunca hemos cogido.
