Good location, easy to get to. Room was spacious and shower had great water pressure and temperature. Staff was friendly.

The location was perfect because it was right in the middle of the island, allowing us to easily access both sides! There was a bus stop right next to the hotel, just a 2-minute walk away.
What we especially loved was how incredibly close it was to Seogwipo city centre. It was only about a 10-minute walk to restaurants and shops (such as Olive Young and korean BBQ), which was perfect for going on a walk and digesting our food after eating. We absolutely loved the Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market (서귀포매일올레시장), a popular tourist attraction that we visited on several days thanks to how close it was. Seogwipo Jeongbang Waterfall was also within walking distance, and two other famous waterfalls were nearby as well that we went to!
As for the room, it was pretty good, and the breakfast was also great value for money.
Overall, everything was great, and we were very satisfied with our stay!
We expected a bit more variety in the breakfast options, but it was still good! The view from the breakfast area was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience 10 times better. We also really appreciated that Korean dishes were available, such as abalone soup. Absolutely exquisite!
Also, for some reason the person at the desk was almost never there...

The room looked a little smaller than the picture, so a bit pokey for more than 2 nights but ok for the price.
Location was good.
Staff were quite friendly but overly worried that about checking our room number for the breakfast (which we paid for). Believe me I wish I hadn't bothered with it.
The breakfast was pretty bad. The view was good, but the only choice was scrambled egg, the cereal choices were limited with extremely small bowls. White toast, cold coffee. Very little spent on it so a waste of money for customers, you would be better off having a coffee and croissant at a local cafe.
To make it worse, staff were but overly worried that about checking our room number for the breakfast (which we paid for). Believe me I wish I hadn't bothered with it and would not have gone for it if we had not paid for it!
