Every time I encountered a staff member around the property, they were warm and friendly.
There should be a hairdryer that guests can use. Even if they have to put a 50 sol deposit on it, I wouldn’t mind. Not having one is strange and a bit annoying.
Hot water only from 7am to 10am and 7pm and 10pm. This was fine but it should be said in the ad. I think it’s due to road works.
Pillows were lumpy.

It’s good value. Staff is really nice. If my room didn’t have a plumbing issue it would have been a smooth stay.
There was a plumbing issue in my room. The toilet wouldn’t stop making noise throughout the night. The staff apologized and moved me to a different room, which I appreciated, so the second night went well. However, my first night there was already very unrestful and I couldn’t get much sleep that night.

Check in was easy and welcoming. The location is quiet and a nice walk to the plaza. I love the simplicity they provide. I was able to leave my bags when I went to Machu Pichu, and was welcomed back after a long trip. I highly recommend for all travelers passing through or want to stay longer and enjoy the beauty of this sacred village.

Was just a few mins from the plaza, so location was very good. Had a private bathroom and staff were friendly. It was very affordable. Had I not been sick, some of the issues may not have been so bothersome.
Pretty noisy, could hear the town until late and a cockerel that was noisy throughout night and early hours. There were also roadworks which I appreciate couldn’t be helped at the time but was very loud and vibrations shaking the foundations. Had I not been sick, none of it may have been an issue I guess.
My door was broken, at times when the wind picked up it blew open, I was so sick I had minimal strength to be getting up to keep closing it. I had to move somewhere more comfortable in the end so I could rest.
