Great location ; close to the main Sultanamet sites (10-15 min by foot) but also several restaurants and a supermarket. Comfortable size for a family of 4-5. General cleanliness was good, separate bins for recycling. Fresh linen every two days. Host is reactive and helpful.
Old and noisy furniture, lack of ventilation, mostly plastic plates and only small coffee cups.

The place was okay, but very very timy. There was almost no cleaning service. The cleaning lady would only remove the trash and change the towel once (in 5 days) after being asked.
